Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that production times may vary depending on the product type and order volume. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

 


Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, customs clearance, and unforeseen delays beyond our control.


Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Blask Ink is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Blask Ink is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@blaskink.comwithin 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Returns Due to Change of Mind

We currently accept returns of unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For more details, please review our Return Policy.
