Return & Refund Policy – Blask Ink


At Blask Ink we are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy, you can request a return under the following policy.


1. Return Period

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note that sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.


3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


4. Return process

To start a return, please contact us at support@blaskink.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.


6. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, the fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.
